Field Edge Flowers | Concord, MA Small Business Branding Photographer

After working on farms for years, Mel Hardy decided to strike out on her own.

She chose an acre of land on Hutchins Farm in Concord, Massachusetts and began planting the flowers that she loves the most. And thus began the adventure that is Field Edge Flowers.

It was such a rainy and chilly spring that we kept having to put off this first in a series of branding photo sessions for Field Edge, so we were extra excited about this beautiful day that we got to document the first crop of blossoms.

Mel sells her flowers at farmers’ markets and through community supported flower shares at Hutchins Farm and Kind Goods. (These are both places that I absolutely love!)

One of my favorite things about living in this area West of Boston are the connections I’ve made here. I feel so lucky to have met such strong, likeminded, determined female entrepreneurs like Mel. And I can’t wait to continue to document (and enjoy) her first year of crops!
