A Very Peanuts Valentine's Day! | Boston Area Branding Photographer

When Sarah and I were first dreaming up our Valentine’s Day shoot for her boutique Owen + Sage we knew that we wanted to do something that felt fresh and light, while also tying in a vintage element. As we were brainstorming, we stumbled upon the perfect inspiration: Peanuts!

These vintage Peanuts cartoons always make me think of the Valentine’s Day of my childhood. How many little Snoopy cards did I collect (and cherish) over the years?

We fell in love with this pink backdrop, pulled together outfits and accessories from Sarah’s shop, and recruited our favorite models, including Minnie the Jack Russell as Snoopy!

If posing toddlers and pups sounds like chaos, well, it is! But this is when it comes in handy to be both a family and a branding photographer. We knew which shots we were going for, moms got involved, and I shot fast.

Also, these kids (and Minnie) are STARS!
